All custom artwork requires a 40% deposit to begin each art project. There will be 3 project updates provided during the creation of the artwork. InTristian will issue a refund of the deposit amount if you are unsatisfied with the project by the first update. Once we are notified by the client to proceed with the concept after the first project update, the initial deposit will no longer be refundable.

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to InTristian within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a ticket on via our contact us form.

If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the manufacturing facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

We do not provide full refunds on orders for buyer’s remorse, defect requests for which are attributed to size concerns if the right size is shipped or design flaws, which may include: spelling, grammatical, font, design, or appearance errors, if such errors are attributed to your submitted creation, design or customization. 

We strongly encourage all customers to review designs and/or  sizing charts before orders are placed to ensure your order meets your needs.

When a package is returned, we will send you a notification to verify the shipping address before having it re-shipped.

For Canvas & Poster Art

If a package is returned for any of the reasons below, you would be responsible for covering the re-shipping costs:

  • An incorrect or incomplete shipping address was provided when placing the order
  • Unclaimed package (the shipping address is correct)
  • If you wish to change the address and send the package to a different address from the original address provided when ordering

Please note that if the order is submitted with an incorrect or an incomplete address and it gets lost in transit instead of returned to the manufacturer, we are not able to issue a replacement at no cost. 


Digital Services

Once the service has been completed and the consent of the customer has been given, the final payment can be made to receive the artwork. Refunds will not be given once the customer has received the product/ service.
