Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted to InTristian within 14 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 14 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order, please submit a ticket via our contact us form. If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the manufacturing facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

We do not provide full refunds on orders for buyer’s remorse, defect requests for which are attributed to size concerns if the right size is shipped or design flaws, which may include: spelling, grammatical, font, design, or appearance errors, if such errors are attributed to your submitted creation, design or customization. We strongly encourage all customers to review designs and/or sizing charts before orders are placed to ensure your order meets your needs.

When a package is returned, we will send you a notification to verify the shipping address before having it re-shipped.
